The valley's design vocabulary is its own — a mix of Wasatch mountain modern and Midway Swiss-village traditional — and we build to what the drawings actually ask for, not to a house style we're trying to push.

Charleston and Wallsburg jobs tend to be larger acreage builds with cabinetry that runs deeper — big pantries, cold storage, mudrooms sized for actual family logistics. We take those on with the same crew that builds our Park City work; there's no B-team.

From our shop to Heber is about 55 minutes over Parley's. Midway and Charleston add another 10–15. We treat Heber installs as day trips — full crew, full install, drive home — rather than motel-and-return jobs.

For Heber builders the trip to our shop is closer than most of your trades. That proximity is part of why our timelines hold — we can absorb a site change without losing the install date.

What Heber Valley asks for.

Heber Valley design is bifurcated: Midway trends traditional-farmhouse with beaded inset doors, painted whites and warm woods, and heavy attention to trim and moulding; Hideout and the newer Heber-area communities lean mountain-modern with slab and shaker doors, rift-cut white oak, and blackened steel. Both styles get built in the same shop with the same finish standards.

Do you install in Midway and Charleston?

Yes — Midway and Charleston are regular install destinations for us, often in the same trip. We coordinate with local sub-contractors and know the seasonal rhythms of the valley.

Can you handle Hideout and Deer Crest builds?

Yes. Hideout in particular is a growing part of our Heber-area calendar, and we've worked with several of the mountain-modern builders active in that market. Deer Crest jobs get the same treatment as Deer Valley — coordinated gate access, HOA notifications, and a schedule that respects the property.

Is the shop's Salt Lake location a problem for a Heber job?

It's actually an advantage. Heber is inside our normal installation radius, and our shop is closer to Heber than most competitor shops. Change orders and site issues resolve faster because we're a short drive away, not out of state.
