What's a realistic lead time for a Salt Lake City kitchen?

For a typical single-kitchen remodel, count on 8–12 weeks from signed bid to installed cabinets, with the front half being drawings and approvals and the back half being shop production. Whole-home builds run 16–24 weeks. Getting on our calendar early is the biggest lever.

Do you handle commercial tenant improvements in downtown SLC?

Yes. We've built reception millwork, conference credenzas, breakroom casework, and AV built-ins for downtown offices. Commercial fit-outs go through the same shop as our residential work, so the finish is consistent whether it's a break room or a primary bath.

What if something goes wrong after install?

You call us. Because we're local, we're usually on-site within a day or two — no travel to coordinate, no third-party service company to hand off to. Warranty issues are logged, photographed, and closed out by the same team that built the job.
